Today 8th February 2012, my Sister in law Sylvia passed away after spending 6 days in the Intensive Care Unit at Fairfield Hospital Bury.
It was her decision to withdraw all medical help, and fluids due to her condition and quality of life.
The quality of care, compassion, and dedication of all the staff on this unit was second to none.
I would like to thank all the staff involved for caring for Sylvia and making her final passing with great dignity.
Once again thank you.
