the care received by my father in law is well below an acceptable level. poor diagnosis, failure to follow through on basic checks.

3 weeks after admission worse than when he arrived due to poor care.

We are extremely sorry to read the care received by your father-in-law was not to the standard we would expect.

Providing high quality care and giving our patients a positive experience is extremely important to our Trust. We take all concerns very seriously and if any patient or their relatives have concerns we would always request they discussed them with a senior nurse / Matron or manager in charge of the ward or department.
