"Good care but limited seating at QMC casualty"

After suffering a number of blackouts, I decided to go in to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for some help. The best thing about my experience of the hospital was the staff. The staff in casualty were under very difficult conditions, and yet they still made you feel important and more than worthy of their time.

The only improvement to be made would be to increase the amount of seating in the waiting areas, as many elderly relatives were having to stand for long periods of time while I was there.
