Our daughter who has complex needs was treated under sedation yesterday. My husband and I cannot commend the team who cared for her more highly. They treated her with total compassion, insight and humour! Going well beyond the call of duty to put her at her ease.(including dancing with her to' Move like Jagger.' They behaved with total skill and professionalism and I can't commend them more highly. It must be very hard for professionals of this calibre to listen to all the current critism of the NHS. As members of the public, we must not loose sight of all the excellent practice that is available. Thanks to you all.
