we rang up ward 39 to find out how my mother was and we are still on the phone now waiting 35 minutes later they have either forgotten we are on the phone or just ignorant. we have to ring up as we live 60 miles away its just not good enough if we could we would get her moved to a hospital nearer she doesnt even know what is wrong with her and she has been in for 4 weeks now
