I was admitted to Oak ward in January and stayed for six days, I cannot thank the staff enough for the great care I received, this was an extremely busy ward yet it was run so efficiently and Everyone had a smile, nothing was too much trouble - a credit to the ward manager/Sisters for developing such a great clinical team.

Too many people are very quick to complain, I only wish more people would commend good care, the NHS is not having a good time of it at the moment in the press, it's not all bad - just look at Darent Valley, especially Oak Ward.
