I am delighted with the service given to my wife. She was sent an appointment for a cystoscopy within the two weeks specified by her GP after an episode of unexplained haematuria. The appointment time was 13.40. The day before this we received another appointment, this time for an X-ray and a kidney scan, and to our delught it was on the same day, at 11.30. She was thus able to get all the necessary investigations done on the same day and to have a chat with the Consultant afterwards. This certainly saved us time and travelling and must have saved the hospital timne and money. WELL DONE!
