A close relative was admitted to this ward a couple of weeks ago after fracturing her femur. She has a level of dementia and can be difficult. The care provided to her was excellent, family were kept informed and felt involved in her care. Staff were patient, maintained her dignity and were very helpful in sorting out discharge arrangements. We could not have asked for a better service.
