"Chest problems"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

Anything else?

When I was in ward 101 the staff were very short with the old people on the ward saying that they would have to help them because they could not lift with there backs. Also when they brought the meals they did not check that the people could reach or open there juice.

I know how had it is with not having enough staff only to we'll .but there is no need for that type of treatment.i felt that I was at the mercy of the nurses and there was a lack of them night and day.i was I for 4 days all together.

I would like to say that at the a&e they were very good and looked after me very well,

When I was waiting in a&e there was two cleaner they were brushing up the floor but there was no sigh of any mopping and the floor had blood on it.
