"Be careful of medication on leaving hospital."

I went into the Royal Cornwall Hospital for day surgery and dispite telling two nurses the medication I was on which included solpadol ( a combination of co-codamol and parecetamol), the discahrging doctor prescribed me ibroprofen and paracetamol. If I had continued with my prescribed medication and followed the instructions of the discharging nurse, I would have overdosed on paracetamol and made my self ill through no fault of my own.

So please check your medication or that of your relative to make sure that you or your relative do not overdose.
