"Lee helped me change my thinking"

About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Active Lifestyles Service

(as the patient),

I have a problem with being good, walking, eating sensible then something would happen and I would binge eat and get very down and upset. Lee was very very patient and even though my weight went up and down, I have managed to change and have seen how I can change my thinking!

I feel good and look forward to the future, I will miss seeing lee but he said I could drop in whenever, so that's great. Thank you.
