(as the patient),

great to have a choice of hospital so I could choose a local one and also offered a time which I could then discuss rather than being sent one and having to rearrange.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us, I am pleased your experience of using the TRAC service was so positive. At TRAC we are able to offer patients a choice of hospital location, and appointment date and time for their referral. We give patients the information they need to make a decision about their care. I am glad that this really worked for you.
