Everything about my treatment on ward C21 leading up to my surgery at the Queen's Medical Centre was great, and I have no complaints about that. It was only when I returned after my surgery that I felt there was a problem.
The nurses on the next shift didn't seem to be as caring as the previous nursing team who had been there. This new team seemed like they couldn't wait to get rid of you from the hospital, as if you were wasting their time.
