"Day Treatment"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

Anything else?

I was admitted to the day care centre for spinal injections. The clinical treatment was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.

My only criticism is that I was not sent any instructions or information prior to arriving so had little idea of what to expect. The staff did not insist that patients used the hand cleanser which I feel is important given the high inidence of infections in hospitals these days.
