I was admitted recently for spinal surgery, I have found my whole treatment to be managed and dealt with very well, from the outpatient appointments before the op to my aftercare on Amesbury ward. Every staff member I spoke to was very friendly and courteous, even when I was phoning to pester for information on when my operation date would be. On the morning of admission I was luckily first in so was in very early in the morning, I was in fact too early but I was looked after very well and was in theatre very quickly. Post op and I was looked after very well again, I was in recovery for quite a while but this was due to lack of spaces on the ward, I got a sense of just how busy this hospital is but still my care was faultless. On the ward I was impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the ward and again my post op care was excellent. I am very glad that I had my surgery at salisbury hospital and grateful to all who have helped me there. Thank you.
