"really good service from The Airedale Physio Team"

I was referred to the airedale physio team with problems with my joints. The written information I received with my invite to an appointment was polite and clear, apologising for my wait, though I expected it would be longer. The service I received in my initial consultation was excellent and it has continued to be so in my follow up sessions.. The physio had a really friendly and open approach along side her professionalism and gave me lots of background information to my problem, checking that I understood and giving me the chance to ask questions. I felf great confidence from the start that I was in good hands. The whole atmosphere was positive from the polite and helpful receptionists to the other friendly staff who helped me navigate the corridors on the way out. As well as the practical help I've had to improve my condition, I've had a really good quality experience of the service which has lifted my spirits.
