(as a parent/guardian),

Called 111 and got through straight away to a very helpful lady who was thorough in her questioning, compassionate in tone and manner, overall very professional. I was advised my daughter would get a call back from a nurse. She got a call back in less than 5 minutes. My daughter was referred to GP out of hours surgery at St Helier Hospital. She was seen quickly and issued with antibiotics for the infection. It's all gone now. Great service -much smoother than previous out of hours services.

Thank you for posting such positive feedback regarding your daughter and I am glad that she has now recovered. I am pleased that she recieved a speedy and helpful response from both NHS111 and St Helier Hospital
