(as the patient),

I decided I really wanted to give up smoking for good. I rang the Smoking Cessation Cinic and set up a 1 to 1 meeting with an Advisor. She was able to suggest methods to help me to cease smoking. She then talked me through all the steps etc and at the end she gave me a kind of prescription form for Patches and Inhalator which I obtained at Boots the chemist. And she made me another appointment for 2 weeks later.
