"I had my options explained by TRAQS"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

After meeting with my GP just before Christmas I received a call from TRAQS team just after Christmas. They were polite and explained my options. An appointment was booked then and there at the hospital of my choice on a day and time to suit me.
