Anything else?
I really can't speak too highly of the care I received whilst having this procedure on the Langdale ward this morning. Everyone was kind and empathic, reassuring and caring. I lost count of the numbers of smiles as staff passed by whilst I waited (which helps when you're feeling somewhat anxious!) Exemplary service in fact. Well done, and thank you.
