"Accident and Emergency visit"

Anything else?

went to Hospital on advise from Grabadoc, where my Daughter went through 6hrs of agony, had the nurse's accepted her urine sample back when I offered it they would have realised she was suffering a miscarriage and having contractions. but, they kept saying hang on to it until you see the doctor, I didn't know what was wrong and if I had I would have gone by ambulance and missed sitting in the waiting area all that time, my daughter was beyond embarressed as she lost blood etc, whilst sitting in the reception. when we were finally seen she was admitted and the care from then on was good.

We are very sorry for your daughter's experience at your A&E. I note that once she was seen her care improved, and I hope that she is recovering well. If you or your daughter would like to discuss what happened, including making a formal complaint, you can do so by contacting our PALs department on Tel: 020 8836 4592 Email: pals.qeht@nhs.net
