I attended the Orthopaedic Outpatient Department on 4th February 2013 for a 2.15 appointment. The waiting area was busy so I expected to wait a while, however I was pleasantly surprised to hear my name being called 10 minutes before my appointment time.
The doctor and nurse in the clinic were extremely friendly and kind and explained everything about my symptoms and the treatment/surgery I require. I was given time to ask any questions.
I would have no hesitation in choosing this service again. Thanks to everyone concerned..
