Anything else?
admitted to the hospital to have day surgery to remove my gall bladder. I knew I was not good after an anesthetic and informed the staff on pre admission, admission, and the consultant just before surgery. I woke up in recovery in pain and incredibly frightened, took the staff 45 minutes to get my glasses to me so I could actually see what was going on.
I was given very strong pain killers in the hospital, and discharged on nothing more than paracetamol. I get home and wake up with extreme pain in the middle of the night. Appaulled by the discharge. Phoned the hospital and they didn't seem concerned at all! not impressed at all.
