I had a further 6 monthly check for regrowth of an inverted papilloma in my nose today. Both the ENT consultant and his assistant showed absolutely exemplary levels of professionalism and friendly, caring medical care. They are to be congratulated.

I would also like to say that we have also been deeply impressed and grateful for our previous care and treatment in the ENT dept. by the doctor and the day surgery unit..

Furthermore my wife Jennifer had a hip replacement operation in NDDH in July 2012 and yet again we both have nothing but praise and admiration for the staff and care provided. Thank you for such a consistently good and caring service!

Firstly I would like to apologise for not responding to your comments earlier. Having read your comments I was really pleased to see that the clinicians that both you and your wife encountered were friendly and professional. It certainly makes a difference to the overall patient experience when you feel you have had excellent service, and clearly this has happened on both occasions with your visits.

I have forwarded your very postive comments to both the ENT and Orthopaedic departments, where I know they will be warmly recieved.
