I was a patient in the Ear Nose & Throat department of the Queen's Medical Centre for the removal of a build-up of ear wax. The doctor and nurse both had a cheerful, friendly and open approach which helped make me feel confident and relaxed. I found all aspects of my experience at the QMC to be very good indeed.
