My 7 yr old son was admitted to A&E he is terrified of hospitals and is not the easiest of patients to treat. I found the staff extremely friendly and very patient in dealing with my son. One nurse was even sat next to him on the floor for an hour trying to calm him down. They never got annoyed with him or lost their patients. I was extremely impressed with the care that he received from start to finish. Well done. These staff deserve a medal for all the things they have to put up with from patients. Keep up the good work!
