"CAMHS - discharged and left with no one."

In my view, I have experienced poor support from my mental health services, there priorities are wrong and when it came to my 18th Birthday, CAMHS pretty much instantly discharged me even though I had a severe social anxiety disorder and was unable to physically go to the adult services.

This was bad enough, but when finding out after years of crippling social anxiety that no one at all will actually come and visit me, means I am now without any support or treatment.

I understand their priorities are to encourage me to get out of the house but when I find it so torturous and unbearable I would rather die, I think they could do better.
