(as a parent/guardian),

My 6yr old daughter woke up in the night with hugely swollen lips for no reason. A call to NHS Direct discounted anything very serious but they made an appointment for her at our local out-of-hours clinic and we were seen within half an hour of making the initial phone call.

NHS Direct were excellent; kind courteous, knowledgeable.

Lexicon House was accessible, clean and friendly.

A great experience of the NHS.
