"stitches removed at Swallownest Health Centre"

About: Swallownest Health Centre

(as the patient),

Went to see the nurse at the health centre for removal of stitches. She talked through what she was going to do and was very good. Same cannot be said about the reception staff I spoke to.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experiences; we have passed your comments on to the practice staff, and will post again if there are any further comments or actions from this.

We will also be collating all the feedback on this type of procedure, which is new to GP practices, and using it to inform how services are provided in the future.
