About: Cheltenham General Hospital

Anything else?

My relative was admiited from another cheltenham hospital yesterday with dehydration and having had a fit.How are you dehydrated after being in hospital.?we waited with him for 5 hours for admission whilst he was left on a trolley.no one introduced themselves or wore a name badge. No one offered him a drink if water. As he has mental health problems and had had a fit it must have been very confusing for him.the relatives room was grim- get rid of the dead plant- and there didnt seem to be anywhere to get a drink whilst waiting.Information needed in that room please. The Consultant was the only person to come and introduce himself and tell us after 5 hours what was happening.

I felt very worried about leaving him there. Very poor Cheltenham hospital.

And finally you ask for feedback cards then there's nowhere to submit them
