(as the patient),

Hi I attended hospital today for a barium follow through and later in the day for Dr Payne's asthma clinic. I'd just like to say that all the staff I met today were professional, courteous, cheerful and helpful.

The radiologist this morning, think his name was Steve, was really kind and professional.

Dr Payne is a fantastic consultant, friendly and attentive.

I didn't mention that I'm a nurse and was still treated with dignity and respect throughout the 2 appointments, so please pass on my thanks to Tameside.
