Attended minor injuries clinic on a Sunday afternoon. I thought I had just twisted my ankle but unfortunately it was a break. Was seen very quickly, offered a wheelchair and felt informed and well looked after by a male nurse on duty that afternoon. He gave such good care and attention and credit to the NHS. The receptionist was also excellent.

I was due to go on holiday and was very concerned about this. But I didn't make my holiday!. Oh well, later on in the year...!
