How can the figure 0% be correct when my brother contracted c diff on ward 19 over 3 weeks ago, resulting in no accurate assessment of his stroke, for his swallowing, little (if any) physical & speech therapy, all at a time that was critical to his recovery. He also has been in isolation for weeks, again detrimental to his recovery.

I have entered 'don't know' for department as the stroke rehabilitation ward is not listed.
