I went in today to have a heel injury checked out following a heavy landing on it. Reception was quick and efficient and thereafter I had to wait only five minutes before being seen by a nurse to give further information and then a senior nurse for more detailed investigation who was quickly able to confirm that the injury was not serious and advised on anti-inflammatory treatment. The whole process was friendly and helpful and took less than 20 minutes - well done to all concerned.
