The telephone booking system waiting time is unacceptable. At 1st Feb 09:30, I had to wait 15 minutes in the queue only to be hurried off the call by the operative verging on the point of rudness. When I plotely asked if I could leave my feedback on the unacceptable wait time, she was 'too busy". She was unable to give me her manager's name either (but interestingly gave me her own name). Thie blood test booking service was fine at the old site, it no longer is. I'd look elsewhere for a professional service.
