Efficient, timely treatment, staff are considerate and professional. Surgery in outpatients went very quickly. Needed to phone to sort out follow-up appointment, as paperwork was delayed, but a very minor hiccup. Some waits for appointments, but nothing terrible. If I could change one thing it would be to give the staff newer facilities and more space, but the effect that would have on treatment would be more cosmetic than practical.
