My grandad has recently had a scan at this hospital, they told him he would get the results in march. But if there was anything wrong he'd be called in early. They then phoned him and told him to come in as early as possible. This made my grandad panic and worry and became very ill over the situation. Medical staff are employed to make patients better, not to make them worse.
