I attended Tiverton MIU and within 20 minutes I was seen. relevant tests were carried out, medication was dispensed and I was on my way. The staff were very professional and efficient and their knowledge and skills were evidenced based and effiecient. I was treated with courtesy and respect.

Firstly please accept my apologies for not responding to your comments sooner, and thank you for taking the time to post your feedback.

Having read your comments I was very pleased to see that you had such a positive experience whilst visiting the Tiverton MIU, and that you were able to be seen so promptly. I have passed your comments on to the Nurse Manager for the unit, where I am sure they will be warmly recieved.
