I stayed on Horsted Keynes Ward January 2013. I have to say the Hospital were extremely efficient from my first appointment right through to my op and discharge from Hospital. I could not fault any of the staff from the Surgeon right down to the Ancillary Staff, everyone was kind, respectful and extremely courteous, I was kept informed of everything that was happening, and any questions I had were always answered. The hospital even rang the first two days after I had gone home to make sure all was well. Both my Mum and my Sisters Mother in law had major surgery at this hospital last year and they were both of the same opinion too.
