Response from University Hospital of North Staffordshire

Dear Anonymous,

We are grateful to hear that you received the right support throughout labour. However, we are sorry to hear of your individual experience, which I will share on your behalf with the Sister on Ward 206. University Hospital’s Maternity Centre regularly conducts feedback surveys of new mums, which on the whole are very positive. We value these comments, and those expressed via Patient Opinion, as it helps us to maintain and improve the patient experience we are able to provide.

If you would like to share your experiences further, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Yours sincerely

Karen Meadowcroft, Head of Midwifery, Karen.Meadowcroft@uhns.nhs.uk
