From arriving by ambulance with my sick baby to be met by a team of friendly paediatric doctors, to moving into the children's ward, I found everybody warm, helpful and informative. They were clearly busy with a lot of winter bugs but the nurses always had time to check my son regularly, keep up with hourly meds, and help me when I wanted extra milk, nappies, biscuits etc. Plus swapping beds at 2am to help him sleep. The facilities were good, pleasant shower rooms, parents lounge and a fabulous toy room.

I'm very pleased by the care we received
