"Steroid Injection"

About: Holme Valley Memorial Hospital Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I attended the Holme Valley Memorial Hospital today for a follow up steroid injection in my foot, for arthritic joint. I've been twice before and always been very pleased with the service.

Today I saw a different Practitioner, Siomon, one of the Podiatric Surgeons. He was friendly, thorough, explained everything really clearly, did the injection (far less painful than last time) and gave me some good advice on managing the condition.

Really great customer service, in a fab clinical setting. This place does not feel like a hospital!

Thank you to all at the Podiatric Surgery dept.

Hi stressedmum

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience on Patient Opinion. I have passed on your comments to the team at Holme Valley who would like to issue the following response;

"Many thanks for your great comments about receiving your steroid injection. We are really pleased it was less painful this time! We take great pride in providing a friendly service within a local setting so please tell all your friends about the warm welcome and excellent service we provide at the Day Surgery Unit, Holme Valley Memorial Hospital

Thank you."
