Have just completed treatment for removal of nasal polyps as an in-patient in Ward 10. Absolutely first class treatment by caring staff who made me feel comfortable at all times. Grateful thanks to all the nursing staff both on the ward and pre- and post-op. Special thanks to surgeon Mr. Umesh Ullal for taking the time to carefully explain the procedure both before and after my operation, and to Harriet Wood the anaesthetist who dealt with my intubation problems with great skill and again took time out of her very busy schedule to come and discuss the matter in detail. At all times I felt supremely confident in all the staff who helped me through what is admittedly a minor operation. The results are amazing; I can now breathe through my nose and I have the return of my sense of smell!
