My husband and I, thankfully, still have both sets of parents, now ageing and requiring a variety of medical treatments between them, both in surgeries and hospitals. I have never witnessed such outstanding care as I have today in the imaging department. I have sent a card and intend to e-mail the management. If this is the NHS, we have absolutely nothing to worry about!
