Anything else?
I visited the hospital today 30th January for an 11.30 appt in cardiology for a treadmill test.
At exactly 11.30 my name was called and I was called in for the test. The staff were very welcoming and kind and considerate and the conversation was very relaxed and informal and very professional! Everything was explained to me in a very clear fashion and I had no concerns whatsoever. After the test, again the conversation was very relaxed and sufficient time was allowed for my recovery.
Strange to say but........it was actually a very enjoyable experience made that way by two lovely people who knew how to communicate in an easy relaxed way...........with lots of good humour! (I suppose it helps that they were fine looking women too!)
Bet they never get to read this!
Thankyou very much!
