i attend various departments at this hospital and am so tired of my appointments constantly being changed. this is from the dermatology department to the neurology department and so on. They cannot seem to keep an appointment without changing it and putting it back sometimes as much as 3 months. This is not an odd happening but every single appointment i have had over the last year

We are sorry you have had so many changes to your appointments, We have carried out a great deal of work recently to improve the booking systems centrally, but it is clear from your postings that you have not yet felt the benefits of this work.
