I can not praise the Sister highly enough after my recent visit to the minor injuries unit. She immediately put me at my ease and made a very embarassing visit much more pleasant. Her manner was both friendly and professional. I would also like to note that I have found this to be the case with all the staff (both clinical and reception) I have encountered at the minor injuries unit over the past few years having two young children we have paid a number of visits!
