I was rushed in via ambulance on new years eve and treated in resus. It was quickly decided I needed to say in. After 6 hours in ED I was given a bed and there I waited for a total of 16 for a bed on MAU to be found. In this time there was always people coming and going and lacked privacy.

I am a hospital frequent flyer and the first doctor I had decided not to follow this plan and made it clear to me he wasnt despite it being from a specialist hospital in this area however when I got worse they decided to follow it which could have been avoided if followed the plan first.

Once on the ward they were efficient and polite. Respecting my opinion and responding quickly to any changes in my condition.

The food though not lacking in quantity lacked quality.
