I was a bit surprised at this service – having not experienced it before. Also surprised at the choice of hospital. It was a shame I was unable to be offered a more recent local appointment (for the future). I would have liked TRAC to explain who they are and what it’s all about, being that was my first time using the service. That might be very useful to older people, might help them understand how the system works.
My GP seems rushed the day I saw him but in fairness he had dealt with other things during my appointment, he is usually very good! !
No appointment was made (was offered an appointment in Jan but was unavailable)
