My mum is being moved to a care home tomorrow, and thank goodness. The staff on her ward are not using and indeed falsifying the management tools that are there to provide safety for both patients and nursing staff. I have no doubt the majority are hardworking and conscientious nurses but that's simply not good enough. All staff should care are follow guidelines that have been set down for good reason.
